Our group fitness classes are a great way to challenge yourself in a dynamic setting. Our classes are suited to all fitness levels and we guarantee you’ll have a blast while working up a sweat or focusing on your wellbeing.
Elise is in her final year of studying a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, following a degree in exercise and sports science at ACU. She is an avid soccer player and has expertise in sport-specific and general strength training, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Elise’s career highlights include traveling to East Timor and Vanuatu to deliver exercise sessions for local communities and sporting teams.
Matt is a passionate personal and small group trainer who enjoys working with clients of all levels, from athletes requiring sport-specific preparation through to beginners wanting an introduction to training. He is an ACU alumnus who graduated with a degree in exercise science and business administration. If you haven’t already done so, be sure to join Matt on the last Wednesday of every month for his one-of-a-kind Discofit group class with a live DJ.
Michael has worked in the fitness industry for 15 years. He completed a degree in psychology before moving on to graduate studies in sport and exercise, and strength and conditioning. Michael is an accredited running coach who also enjoys resistance training for strength development and muscle gain. He is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Rehabilitation for Sports Injuries at ACU.
Maddy is an accredited athletics, strength and conditioning coach who competed as an athlete for more than 10 years at a state and national level. Driven by her love for athletics, Maddy completed a degree in exercise and sports science at ACU and is now studying a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Maddy specialises in small group and personal training, sport-specific training and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
William is in his final year of a bachelor degree in exercise and sports science and is about to begin studying a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU. He enjoys working with athletes across multiple sports with a focus on conditioning for performance and return to sport rehabilitation. William’s training philosophy is simple, “Tough times don't last, tough people do”.
