Louis has a strong background in strength and conditioning, having worked with the Sydney Swans and NSW Waratahs following his degree in sports and exercise science at UTS. Since leaving professional sports, and moving into the private sector, Louis holds a deep passion for running where he is an accredited running coach and works predominantly with middle to long-distance runners.
Anerley is an emerging strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping athletes maximise their fitness. She is an ACU alumnus with a degree in High Performance Sport and has worked with multiple football and hockey clubs as strength and conditioning coach. Her passion for exercise shines through in her group fitness classes, as she prescribes, fun, engaging and challenging workouts.
Marco is an enthusiastic and ambitious trainer. He comes from an elite sporting background, with more than 10 years’ experience competing from a state to an international level. Driven by his love for swimming, Marco has pursued a degree in the Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and is currently in his final year of study.
Marco enjoys working with clients from all levels, from beginners to elite athletes and is particularly interested in strength and mobility training and incorporating prehab and rehab exercises to ensure his clients are free from any injuries or setbacks.
Steven is a professional strength and conditioning coach with a passion for athletic development and high-performance training. He brings to ACU a vast array of experience and acquired knowledge gained over his years of coaching and training athletes from many different sporting codes, as well as numerous general population clients. Steve is eager to assist, coach and educate ACU Active members looking for individualised and goal-based driven training programs and personal training.
Matt is a personal trainer and small group trainer who enjoys working with clients of all levels, from athletes requiring sport-specific preparation to beginners wanting an introduction to training. He graduated from ACU with a degree in exercise science and business administration. Matt’s passionate about writing programs that are not only right for your goals but also allow for enjoyable and sustainable training habits to be built.
William is a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology student after graduating from ACU with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. He enjoys working through complex case studies and the challenge of making the program fit perfectly to the client’s needs. He is inspired by the Zig Zaglar saying that states “repetition is the mother of learning, the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment”.
