Brisbane 6-Week Bootcamp

Kick-start your fitness routine with our new 6-week bootcamp.

This program is designed to be COVID Safe and improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. This is a great program for weight loss, muscle tone and overall fitness.

Bootcamp includes:

  • 6 weeks unlimited class access – Tuesday 13 October to
    Friday 20 November
  • Classes 4 days a week. Tuesday to Friday, from 12.00-12:45pm.
  • Classes include: HIIT, Pilates, Abs, Butts and Thighs and Functional Strength
  • Suitable for all fitness levels and open to students, staff and community.
  • Affordable pricing: $85 ACU Student | $105 Staff/Community for 24 classes!

Bootcamp classes

High intensity interval training designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness utilising a variety of different exercises and equipment. 
Concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. All fitness levels welcome
This class focuses on your lower body as well as your core, working on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. All fitness levels welcome.
Consists of full body exercises designed to increase and build the foundations of strength, coordination and balance which improve the ability to perform day-to-day activities.
