Located on the ground floor of Building O.  The Brisbane Gym co-exists around our faculty teaching timetable and due to the limited availability in the gym for semester 2, we will be unable to presume normal gym operations for the remainder of 2020. Instead we will be offering a 6-week bootcamp style program.

Brisbane 6-Week Bootcamp

Kick-start your fitness routine with our new 6-week Bootcamp.

This program is designed to be COVID Safe and improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. This is a great program for weight loss, muscle tone and overall fitness.

Bootcamp includes:

  • 6 weeks unlimited class access – Monday 24th August to Friday 2nd October
  • Classes 5 days a week from 12.00-12:45pm.
  • Monday: HIIT, Tuesday: Pilates, Wednesday: Abs, Butts and Thighs, Thursday: Pilates and Friday: Functional Strength
  • Unique mix of indoor and outdoor training sessions. All classes will be delivered in the ACU Sport Gym except for HIIT (Mondays) on North Oval.
  • Suitable for all fitness levels and open to students, staff and community.
  • Affordable pricing: $110 ACU Student | $140 Staff/Community for 30 classes!

Casual entry

  • students - $10
  • staff - $12.50
  • community - $15.

Casual classes can be booked online 24 hours prior to the class on the member portal.

Bootcamp class schedule

High intensity interval training designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness utilising a variety of different exercises and equipment. We run this class on the North Oval
Concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. All fitness levels welcome
This class focuses on your lower body as well as your core, working on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. All fitness levels welcome.

Consists of full body exercises designed to increase and build the foundations of strength, coordination and balance which improve the ability to perform day-to-day activities.
