Spring into your fitness goals with ACU Sport Gym Brisbane in Semester 2.
Starting 11 October, four weeks of health and wellbeing programming will run with 20 sessions available during this period. All sessions will be run from the campus gym, located on the ground floor of Building O, in a COVID Safe environment.

Gym schedule

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – HIIT is designed to improve cardio fitness and strength combining a variety of exercises and equipment in interval training.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.10 to 12.50pm.

Pilates – Focusing on low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements, Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.10 to 12.50pm.


ACU student – $70
ACU staff – $90
Community – $110

*Prices include unlimited access to all HIIT and Pilates sessions from 11 October to 5 November 2021.

Towel, drink bottle and comfortable clothing (you can bring your own mat for Pilates if you wish).
You will need to book online for each session (you can book up to seven days in advance). Sessions will be capped at 10 participants so make sure you book early to avoid missing out.
Login to your Member Profile via Go to Book Online, Group Fitness Bookings and select the class you wish to join.
Yes – just login to your profile and from the home screen use the Manage Upcoming Bookings section to cancel a booking.
