The ACU Sport Gym Brisbane coordinates with our sports science faculty teaching timetable. Availability to access the gym varies each semester. In 2021 we are offering fitness and wellbeing programs on campus to students, staff and community members.
Spring into your fitness goals with ACU Sport Gym Brisbane in Semester 2.
Starting 30 August, an initial six weeks of health and wellbeing programming will be available. All sessions will be run from the campus gym, located on the ground floor of Building O, in a COVID Safe environment.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – HIIT is designed to improve cardio fitness and strength combining a variety of exercises and equipment in interval training.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.10 to 12.50pm.
Pilates – Focusing on low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements, Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12.10 to 12.50pm.
ACU student – $110
ACU staff – $140
Community – $170
*Prices include unlimited access to all HIIT and Pilates sessions from 30 August to 18 October 2021.
