Louis has a strong background in strength and conditioning, having worked with the Sydney Swans and NSW Waratahs following his degree in sports and exercise science at UTS. Since leaving professional sports, and moving into the private sector, Louis holds a deep passion for running where he is an accredited running coach and works predominantly with middle to long-distance runners.
Matt is a personal trainer and small group trainer who enjoys working with clients of all levels, from athletes requiring sport-specific preparation to beginners wanting an introduction to training. He graduated from ACU with a degree in exercise science and business administration. Matt’s passionate about writing programs that are not only right for your goals but also allow for enjoyable and sustainable training habits to be built.
Steven is a professional strength and conditioning coach with a passion for athletic development and high-performance training. He brings to ACU a vast array of experience and acquired knowledge gained over his years of coaching and training athletes from many different sporting codes, as well as numerous general population clients. Steve is eager to assist, coach and educate ACU Active members looking for individualised and goal-based driven training programs and personal training.
Belle is in her final year studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. She has an unwavering passion for health and wellbeing which drives her focus for athlete development and injury prevention. She thoroughly enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Running is belle's passion, always eager to find ways to enhance her performance and help others do the same
Lachlan is in his final year of a Bachelor of High Performance Sport here at ACU. He brings a positive can-do attitude to all levels of small-group and individual training, from beginners to elite athletes. Finding a fun and sustainable way to train is what’s most important! Lachlan’s passion is in endurance sport, as a Foundation Accredited Triathlon Coach he brings his love for all things swim, bike, and run to the ACU Active team.
