  • Single leg glute bridges (do a set each side)
  • Close / wide squats
  • Skaters (do a set each side)
  • Bent leg V sit
  • Donkey kicks (do a set each side)
  • Side to side heel taps

Try for 30 seconds on, 20 seconds rest between each exercise and complete 3 rounds.
