Brett is a Sports & Exercise Management graduate from UTS. He has expertise in weight loss, functional training and sport specific training. Brett has been a personal trainer in Canada and Australia and has worked for the Sydney Swans, UNSW and is currently the Gym Services Supervisor at ACU Sport Gym, North Sydney.
Liz has always loved being active and learning more about how the body works. She is in her final year of studying Exercise Science at ACU. Her education has complimented her own athletics training and allowed her to compete at a national level as well as motivating her to become the best possible coach and athlete. Liz holds Level 1 ASCA and athletics qualifications. She specialises in functional training, strength and conditioning as well as prehab.
Having played several sports growing up and tennis competitively, Peter has always had a passion for sport, training and fitness. He has completed an Exercise Science degree at UTS and enjoying sharing his passion for health, training and performance with others. He holds a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning accreditation. Peter’s coaching expertise include; training for health & sports performance, coaching foundational movements and circuit training.
Nick is in his final year of studying sports and exercise science at ACU. He enjoys still water rowing for and has competed at a national and international level. For the past two years he has been involved with rowing surfboats and coaches "learn to row" at Mosman rowing club. Nick has expertise in rowing & surf boat training, full body resistance programs and high intensity cardio training.
Emma is a passionate Exercise Physiologist who is SIRA accredited in occupational rehab. She strives to combine her knowledge of high performance training with the principles of Exercise Physiology to establish a holistic approach to health and wellness. Emma's areas of expertise includes exercise management of chronic illness & injury, musculoskeletal & occupational rehabilitation and sport specific strength & conditioning
Alysha has been involved in sport and physical activity from a young age, and she is fortunate enough to progress this hobby into a professional career as a Sports Scientist and Elite Athlete over the past decade. Through merging both her academic and professional experience, she has a diverse outlook to training & conditioning.
