Our residential gym is equipped with the latest in industry leading Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment to provide a full body workout. Equipment in the gym includes treadmills, stationary exercise bikes, rowers, cross trainers, upper and lower body pin-loaded equipment, dumbbells and benches.
